Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Engineer to support business growth by providing technical and strategic expertise throughout the pre-sales and client engagement lifecycle. This role acts as a key bridge between sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities by developing, presenting, and responding to customer proposals, including RFPs and tailored industry solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer needs with internal capabilities.
  • Analyze and document customer technical requirements and communicate specifications to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
  • Review Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and service contracts in coordination with HR and Legal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and client stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for strategic and high-value clients.
  • Drive lead generation through direct outreach, referrals, channel partners, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Identify and develop new markets, verticals, and service offerings to expand business opportunities.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters at client locations in collaboration with HR and management.
  • Support training initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce development at customer sites.

 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with business development or pre-sales experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex engagements
  • Experience working with contracts, MSAs, and service delivery models
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and enterprise environments
