About the Bench Sales Recruiter Role
A Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing IT consultants who are on the bench and finding suitable contract roles for them with US clients. This job requires excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and knowledge of US IT staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities

Market bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens) to tier 1 vendors and direct clients

Identify suitable job requirements through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn

Build strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners

Negotiate contract rates and finalize placements

Track submissions, interviews, and onboarding status
Skills Required
To succeed in this Bench Sales Recruiter job in Hyderabad, you must have:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms, and visa types

Ability to work in US EST shifts
