We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our company. SRI Tech Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their IT staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to provide customized staffing solutions that align with client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand and upsell our staffing services to increase revenue.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within the US IT staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT job market, including various technology stacks and positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
