Job Description:

We are seeking a Techno Functional Senior Developer to take on the role of Bull Horn Lead Developer within our dynamic organization. As a Bullhorn Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the technical configuration, support, and development of Bullhorn, a critical component of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for all Bullhorn-related activities, including configuration, support, and development.
• Contribute your knowledge and expertise to Bullhorn implementations and support engagements.
• Utilize your deep understanding of Bullhorn to engage effectively with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Showcase exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills to address technical challenges swiftly.
• Take the lead in handling support activities, including the prompt response and resolution of critical incidents (P1/P2) to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Bullhorn product functions, its strategic direction, and roadmap.
• Any certification in Bullhorn or similar products is considered a valuable asset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in core Java or Microsoft technologies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Bullhorn Developer or Support Analyst.
• Proven track record in technical configuration, support, and development within the Bullhorn Product.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in handling support activities, including the resolution of critical incidents (P1/P2).
• A good understanding of Bullhorn product functions, its evolutionary path, and strategic roadmap.
• Certification in Bullhorn or related products is a definite advantage.
