About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Network Engineers to join our growing infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about networking, data center technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
As a Network Engineer, you will assist in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting network environments while working alongside experienced engineers on enterprise-scale projects across multiple locations in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and hardware-related issues.
- Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments.
- Assist with network infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Configure VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security policies.
- Work with data center infrastructure including rack installations and structured cabling.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Respond to incident tickets and provide timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams on infrastructure projects.
- Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and system health checks.
- Follow organizational security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including:
- TCP/IP
- Routing & Switching
- VLANs
- DNS
- DHCP
- VPN
- OSI Model
- Familiarity with Cisco networking devices and enterprise network environments.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Basic understanding of network monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, or Meraki platforms.
- Familiarity with network security fundamentals and firewall technologies.
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Experience with Linux or Windows Server environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting (Python or PowerShell) is a plus.
