As a Sales – Talent Acquisition professional at SRI Tech Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to connect top-tier talent with leading US IT Staffing company. Your role involves a dynamic blend of sales acumen and talent acquisition expertise. Through proactive engagement and relationship-building, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering the best talent solutions in the US IT Staffing sector.
- Initiate and maintain strategic relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to better inform client consultations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and identify top-tier candidates.
- Craft and present customized talent acquisition solutions to clients, showcasing our ability to meet their staffing requirements.
- Engage in contract negotiations, demonstrating your ability to align client needs with our services and value propositions.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators to measure and enhance your sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We encourage fresh graduates or individuals with relevant coursework to apply.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Understanding of talent acquisition processes and industry-specific demands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement and presentation.
- Ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- Effective time management skills to balance client engagement, market analysis, and administrative tasks.
