Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Timings : 6:00PM IST – 3:00AM IST
As a Junior Bench Sales Recruiters, your primary responsibility will be to help find the right candidates for our clients’ job openings. You’ll be working closely with the senior team members and learning the ropes of the recruitment process .We have an exciting opportunity for freshers to join our team in Vizag, working the night shift. - Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
- Manage a database of available bench candidates.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Build and nurture a network of industry contacts.
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage client relationships and explore expansion opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial to convey candidate profiles effectively and negotiate with clients.
- A natural inclination for sales, including the ability to persuade and negotiate, is essential.
- An understanding of the IT staffing industry, including trends, competitors, and client needs, is beneficial.
- Being able to manage and update candidate databases and client records is crucial.
- An eagerness to build and maintain professional relationships is a valuable asset.
- The ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics is essential.
- Demonstrated adherence to ethical and legal standards in all dealings, including compliance with visa regulations.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
- A self-motivated and driven attitude to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
