Duration: Full-Time

Location: Visakhapatnam

Work Timings:  6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Development Executive for a key role in our company, responsible for driving growth and expanding our business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be actively involved in identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. Lead negotiations and discussions to close deals that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new areas of growth and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and analyses to the management team.
  • Work closely with various internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Previous experience in a similar industry or market is advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of the industry trends, market dynamics, and competition to effectively identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly when interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to navigate complex deals and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in networking and building relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess market data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies.
