Job Title: Client Relations Executive
Work Timings: 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST
We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Executive your primary responsibility is to foster positive and enduring relationships with our valued clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing inquiries, and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service and support.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through timely and effective support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client retention and growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and satisfaction.
- Organize client meetings, presentations, and events as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client-related developments.
- Strive to meet or exceed client expectations and retention targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Negotiation expertise to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet changing client demands and navigate various business situations.
- Empathetic attitude to understand and respond to clients’ perspectives and emotions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and tasks efficiently.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-assured and confident in representing the company professionally during client interactions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client data and interactions.
- Sales acumen to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proven track record of handling and resolving client complaints and issues diplomatically and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in record-keeping and understanding client requirements.
