Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in a  Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Provides a solid foundation for understanding business dynamics and client interactions.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly, building rapport with clients, and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
• A strong customer service orientation, coupled with the ability to empathize with clients’ needs and concerns, ensures a personalized and positive experience.
•  Proficiency in both written and spoken English is crucial for effective communication with clients, ensuring that messages are accurately conveyed and understood.
• The capability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and propose viable solutions demonstrates an ability to handle complex client scenarios and contribute to their satisfaction.
•  Adept interpersonal abilities enable effective collaboration with internal teams and clients, fostering productive relationships and alignment of goals.
•  Proficiency in negotiation is beneficial when discussing terms, contracts, and resolving any potential conflicts that may arise during the client engagement process.
