Work Timings:  6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Delivery Manager who oversees project execution and ensures timely delivery within budget. They play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the delivery process, from planning to implementation and post-delivery support. The primary focus of the Delivery Manager is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and other professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment and provide guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes. Ensure cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and are aligned with client expectations.
• Continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies, seeking opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with overall business goals.
• Oversee post-project activities, such as user training, system maintenance, and customer support, to ensure seamless transition and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years experience in Staffing, project management and delivery, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt to the needs of different projects.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
