Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Athena, our electronic health records (EHR) system. Continuously work on optimizing the system to enhance efficiency and user experience.
•  Provide training to healthcare staff on Athena usage, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a resource for system-related questions and concerns.
• Oversee data integrity and security within the Athena system, including data migration, backups, and regular audits.
•  Generate and analyze reports from Athena to identify trends, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
•  Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand their requirements and translate them into Athena system improvements.
• Determination of technical requirements and scope through interpretation of business/operational needs.
• Participation in build, configuration and testing of the Athena net application features and functions
• Collaborate with operational areas on definitions of functional processes with the application
• Provide ongoing technical support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Athena or a similar electronic health records system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and security.
