Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the career development of international students by identifying and matching them with suitable job opportunities. You will work closely with both students and employers to facilitate the OPT placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential OPT candidates through various channels, including universities, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
• Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Facilitate the matching process by presenting qualified candidates to employers.
• Assist candidates with resume preparation, interview coaching, and other career development support.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interviews, and placements.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and OPT program guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or career counseling is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with OPT program regulations and visa requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
