Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to comprehend job specifications and recruitment needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals with US clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
