Job Description:
SRI Tech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Lead IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in helping us identify and attract top talent to support our clients’ IT staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT recruitment and is looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive their success.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and engage top IT professionals across various domains and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or Lead IT Recruiter, preferably in a technology-focused staffing or consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A track record of achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
