Job Description:

As a Junior Bench Sales Recruiters, your primary responsibility will be to help find the right candidates for our clients’ job openings. You’ll be working closely with the senior team members and learning the ropes of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.
• Help with candidate screenings and evaluations.
• Post job listings on various platforms.
• Learn about the job market and industry trends.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions.
• Follow recruitment rules and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals.
• Provide support to clients and candidates.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Attend networking events and expand your professional connections.
• Adapt to changes in the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• 2+ Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the recruitment landscape.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and processes (training may be provided).
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems).
