Job Title: HR Associate
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Visakhapatnam
Work Timings: 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced HR Associate who supports HR operations by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining records. They ensure compliance with policies and regulations, address employee inquiries, and contribute to a positive work environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions that accurately represent the roles and responsibilities.
- Post job openings on various platforms and monitor their performance to ensure maximum visibility.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates for further assessment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and the HR team, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity in job postings.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation programs to welcome new employees and facilitate their integration into the company.
- Provide support in various HR administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Office presence is required daily.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience with U.S. new hire paperwork and guiding employees through orientation. talent acquisition, or recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to craft compelling job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and screen resumes effectively to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Management of employee-employer relationships.
- Thorough understanding of MSA terms, agreements, and legal scrutiny.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for contributing to a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Conflict resolution and addressing grievances from onboarding to existing management.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of all HR-related information.
