We are currently seeking a talented Junior US IT Recruiter with a proven track record and a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. As a Junior US IT Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned recruiters, expand your skills, and contribute to our mission of connecting skilled IT professionals with outstanding job opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and role specifications.
- Utilize a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical expertise, and compatibility with the job requirements through comprehensive screening processes.
- Assist in building and nurturing a network of IT professionals for present and future staffing requirements.
- Contribute to the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, collecting post-interview feedback, and aiding in the job offer process.
- Participate in discussions regarding compensation negotiations and employment terms with candidates.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills.
