Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our bench sales recruitment efforts, building and maintaining relationships with consultants, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Source and identify potential candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Evaluate candidates through interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Negotiate terms of employment, including compensation and benefits, between clients and candidates.
- Create and post job listings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and address any concerns.
- Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve services.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and results.
- Attend industry events and network to expand client and candidate connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or B.C.A, BBA, OR masters degree ie., MCA, MBA, MSC
- 4+ Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry.
- A strong network of IT professionals and client contacts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
