As a IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and attract skilled IT candidates to meet our clients’ staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements, and then strategically source, screen, and present qualified candidates for their consideration. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful placement of IT professionals into challenging and rewarding positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job descriptions, and project specifics.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes, assessing candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Engage with candidates through phone and email communications, explaining job opportunities and evaluating their interest and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to stay knowledgeable about the IT landscape.
- Assist in negotiating offers and finalizing the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Fresher as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
