Timings : 7:00PM IST – 4:00AM IST 

• Should Have around 7+ Years of working experience as IT Sales Recruiter and minimum of 2+ years in leading a team.
• Should Involve in complete full life cycle of bench Sales and responsibilities are formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology industry throughout the United States.
• Should be dynamic in monitoring the team performance on daily basis, review reports and conduct team meetings to enhance the performance of team.
• Keep abreast of best practices and marketing strategies for best results.
• Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Hot jobs etc.
• Building and Managing Client and Vendor Relationship by calling Vendors and clients every day for getting new Requirements for Bench consultants
• Marketing Bench consultants to the suitable requirements and coordinating with them accordingly.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Should have ability to negotiate with business partners.
• Very good working Experience on H1B / H1 Transfers, EAD, GC holder & US Citizen and should be proficient with US tax terms such as W2, 1099, C2C.
• Able to generate leads to market consultant profiles by understanding the need of the client and consultant.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationship with the clients (Preferred Vendors), consultants
• Should Provide updates on the submissions to Vendors/Consultants and keeping a good track of the submissions through MS EXCEL.
• Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the client’s reporting manager.
• Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants
• Excellent decision-making skills with a positive approach & strong verbal.
• Able to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
