Role Overview :

As a Recruitment Trainee at SRI Tech Solutions, you will be an essential part of our talent acquisition team, learning the ropes of the recruitment process and contributing to our efforts in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Look for potential job candidates online and through other sources.
•  Check resumes to see if candidates match the job requirements.
• Have short conversations with candidates to learn more about them.
• Set up times for candidates to talk to the hiring team.
• Keep track of all the candidates and their information.
•  Keep candidates updated on their application status and next steps.
• Assist the recruitment team with different tasks as needed.
•  Take part in training to become better at recruiting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant coursework are encouraged can apply.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of the recruitment team.
