Job Description:
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, and lab Applications in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals & life science industries.
Must have hands-on experience with the Applications administration of any of the COTS or Custom solutions used in the manufacturing IT landscape.
Must have experience working closely with multiple organizations & geographically diversified teams with responsibility for meeting SLA.
Must have experience in delivering the services within stipulated SLA & Quality.
Must have experience working with COTS product vendors, multiple IT systems, and application support teams to coordinate and resolve issues.
