Work Timings:  6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Operational Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies. They collaborate with different departments to optimize processes, manage resources, and achieve organizational goals. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to different departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
• Allocate resources appropriately to meet project deadlines and operational requirements.
•  Monitor departmental performance and set targets to drive continuous improvement and goal attainment.
• Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets, optimizing expenditures while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional development.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation plans to safeguard business interests.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synergy to achieve unified organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar managerial role and Staffing.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive business performance and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management and resource allocation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
