- Lawson consultants (Infor S3) with minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Lawson HCM and Payroll
- Experience in implementing and upgrade of HCM & Payroll solutions in Infor or Lawson S3
- Lawson S3 GHRExperience and knowledge of Healthcare business processes
- Experience in any one of the business streams – Finance, Sales, Procurement, HCM & Payroll
- Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies
- Good in business documentation and presentation skills
- Preferred to have experience in Cloud implementation
- Analyze client’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management, and reports
- Analyze customers’ business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers’ needs
- Lawson S3 GHR Map client’s requirement with functionalities of the Infor application to develop an implementation plan and customization plan
- Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and support.
- Apply extensive knowledge of the client’s business and industry to develop client’s business processes.
- Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
