Job Description:

Lawson consultants (Infor S3) with minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Lawson HCM and Payroll
Experience in implementing and upgrade of HCM & Payroll solutions in Infor or Lawson S3
Lawson S3 GHRExperience and knowledge of Healthcare business processes
Experience in any one of the business streams – Finance, Sales, Procurement, HCM & Payroll
Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies
Good in business documentation and presentation skills
Preferred to have experience in Cloud implementation

Analyze client’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management, and reports
Analyze customers’ business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers’ needs
Lawson S3 GHR Map client’s requirement with functionalities of the Infor application to develop an implementation plan and customization plan
Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and support.
Apply extensive knowledge of the client’s business and industry to develop client’s business processes.
Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
Provide training to clients and peers
